DAMAGE: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

If you discover that your products have been damaged during transport or are defective because of a manufacturing error, you are kindly requested to return them to Wisher in the original packaging.

Wisher believes in and stands behind the quality of the products we offer to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unopened items in original condition, for a complete refund or exchange within 30 days.  We want to make sure your shopping experience is a positive one, so please review the return information below for more details.

Online purchase must include the original packing slip and the unused item in the original packaging in the condition that it was delivered. Customer is responsible for any fees that are related to shipping the merchandise back to Wisher unless the return is a result of our error. West Wishes highly recommend that you ship your returns back to us using Australia Post.

Refunds issued for returned merchandise that was purchased with a credit card will have the amount of the refund credited back to the card that was used for the original purchase. If the original card is no longer available, contact us to find the best way.

Wisher reserves the right to refuse a refund without receipt and to makes changes to this policy without notice.

Items that are damaged abused or appear to be misused.
Items that are missing parts or accessories.

Items that cannot be returned or Exchanged

CHANGE OF MIND

The product is unused or has not yet activated.
The product is still in the original full sales packaging and is in a re-saleable condition.
Email us within 30 days of your purchase and provide your purchase details.
A minimum 20% restocking fee would applies if the item has been opened or used.

For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. If the return is the result of a Wisher’s error, we will refund return shipping costs as well.
